We are a little over a month until the wedding and we are so ready. It’s almost here!

We are still busy getting final things in place. This past weekend was particularly productive. I’m especially excited because the centerpieces are almost all done. We still have to find a few more things for our long tables but for the most part they are finished. We are very happy about our centerpiece flowers (many many thanks goes out to Carol!) and some things James and I picked up this past weekend to serve as table markers. Big huge thanks to Mom for finding the excellent tiered cupcake plates!! And special thanks to both of our families for all they have done for us during these months to make our wedding day special and beautiful, we love you…and…we’re almost there!

So yes, things are getting done. I found an old to-do list this past weekend that had about fifteen things on it. I checked off each box before I threw it away, just because it felt satisfying to know I had completed all these tasks. Hmmm never mind that the to-do list in front of me is much longer! Tonight we are visiting the rehearsal dinner space and trying some delicious things. Yum. This weekend a few friends will be in town and I hope to put the finishing touches on the centerpieces, table markers and chopsticks.
