The wedding biz is no exception when it comes to the movement towards environmentally conscious and responsible practices. We are taking steps to insure that our wedding is easy on the earth. But we are trying to do that mostly by limiting the amount of stuff we buy. Greenwashing inevitably happens everywhere, so when I read this article about green weddings and saw wedding webcasting, and pack mules I had the LOLZ. Things labeled as socially conscious must-have products are no exception in the wedding industry’s push to sell you everything on the planet. But hey, we might just take their advice, we do need to get 150 chairs over to LiveArts somehow…
